Call us biased, but we truly believe our U.L. Thermawrap Pants might be the ultimate lightweight trousers for active pursuits in cold weather. A bold claim, but we’re confident, and it’s got a lot to do with the Stretch EXCELOFT insulation. This is our stretchiest, most breathable and quickest-drying synthetic insulation, purpose-built to reduce time wasted layer-shedding on the trail. This is in turn stitched in place by a sewn-through construction that provides reliable warmth and breathability, with significantly lessened weight penalty.
And for the face fabric, we opted for a lightweight, 13-denier Ballistic Airlight nylon ripstop with a water-repellent coating. Try them for yourself. You’ll see why we’re so enthusiastic.
