Sales Advisor, Part-Time, Location: Keswick, Lake District.

We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. If you’re into the outdoors and obsessive about product and kit, then we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our UK flagship store team, you'll play an important role in representing Montbell and everything we stand for. Through conversation, expert product knowledge, and genuine interest in the outdoors, you'll help customers discover the right equipment for their adventures while delivering an experience that reflects our values and heritage.

The Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Provide expert advice on outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment.
  • Helping customers find the right products for their outdoor pursuits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, replenish, and organise stock.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Support with store operations, including opening and closing duties.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in the outdoors, including activities such as hiking, camping, climbing, trail running, skiing, or travel.
  • Enjoys engaging with customers and building relationships.
  • Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Is reliable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
