Shipping Policy

 

We ship orders Monday to Friday and are closed weekends and bank holidays.

If you order before 8pm Monday to Friday we’ll usually ship your order by the end of the same day. Orders placed after 8pm on a Friday and any time over the weekend will ship by the end of the following Monday. Unless it’s a Bank Holiday.

We sometimes need an extra day to get orders ready that are shipping to Northern Ireland, northern parts of Scotland, the Scottish islands or Isle Of Wight. We appreciate your patience.

We use a fully-tracked express courier service that delivers Monday to Friday and your order should be delivered within 2 working days after we’ve shipped it.

If your order is being shipped to Northern Ireland, northern parts of Scotland, the Scottish islands or Isle Of Wight, the courier might take an extra working day to deliver your order. Again, we appreciate your patience.

We’ll send you your tracking link as soon as we have it and you can use the courier’s website or app to track your order and reschedule your delivery if you need to.

£7.00 for tracked express shipping to anywhere in the UK.
Free shipping when you spend £150 or more.

Unfortunately we can only ship orders to customers within the UK. If you’re outside the UK you can order from Montbell’s global website at www.montbell.com.
