Nofude Set (Dark Green)

Developed with Takashi Aoyagi – a 4th generation of Houkendo and calligraphy specialty store established in Tokyo’s Asakusa district in 1939 – the Nofude Set is designed for getting creative on the move. With ‘No’ meaning ‘outdoor’ and ‘fude’ meaning ‘brush,’ the set isn’t restricted to composing haikus or practicing calligraphy. It can also be used to capture landscapes on the trail, botanicals in the forest and scenes around the campfire.  

Inside, the set includes an inkstone, water dropper, O.D. Pocket Tissue, an inkstick and brush, which comes in a compact and lightweight carry case. Easy to transport and stow away, the Nofude Set is always close at hand when inspiration strikes.
